We have become specialists in delivering delicate items from small terracotta pots to tall trees. Most plants and pots are delivered by courier and have been carefully packaged and protected. Heavy or big items are either delivered by us or by a pallet courier.

We deliver UK wide within 7 days. Before delivery we will contact you to let you know the delivery date. If an item is out of stock or we are unable to deliver within 7 days we will notify you as soon as possible so you can change or cancel your order.

A delivery charge will be added to each order based on total order value. The delivery cost (packaging and delivery) can be clearly seen in the 'Basket' and is also included in the 'Total' at the top of the web page. The delivery charge structure corresponds to the true cost of delivery including packaging and insurance. Plants and pots are delicate items and need to be handled with the utmost care. When delivered by a courier everything has been carefully packed in protective packaging.

On orders that involve heavy or big items or where access is restricted the delivery charge may be higher or we may not be able to deliver to your area. You will then be notified as soon as possible to be able to change or cancel your order if you wish. Please inform us if access is restricted or difficult.
