You can pay by credit/debit card through our Verified by Visa and SecureCode Checkout. We also accept payments via PayPal.

 

All prices on our website include VAT 20%.

 

We deliver UK wide within 7 days. If an item is out of stock or we are unable to deliver within 7 days we will notify you as soon as possible so you can change or cancel your order.

 

A delivery charge will be added to each order based on total order value. The delivery cost (packaging and delivery) can be clearly seen in the 'Basket' and is also included in the 'Total' at the top of the webpage. The delivery charge structure corresponds to the true cost of delivery including packaging and insurance. Plants and pots are delicate items and need to be handled with the utmost care. When delivered by a courier everything has been carefully packed in protective packaging.

 

On orders that involve heavy or big items or where access is restricted the delivery charge may be higher or we may not be able to deliver to your area. You will then be notified as soon as possible to be able to change or cancel your order if you wish. Please inform us if access is restricted or difficult.

 

Pallet deliveries: If there is no-one at the delivery address we may leave the goods at the delivery address at your risk. It's important that you instruct us where to leave the goods if you cannot be at the delivery address. Please inform us if access is restricted or difficult.

 

Terrace Gardener timed deliveries: If there is no-one at the delivery address at the agreed delivery time we may leave the goods at the delivery address at your risk. It's important that you instruct us where to leave the goods if you cannot be at the delivery address. Please inform us if access is restricted or difficult.

 

Special Offers and Promotions: Promotional codes and offers are only valid for the duration of the promotion (a promotion is deemed to be active on the day it is advertised on the website) and in respect of the stated products. For example, ready planted pots will apply to all items within the ready planted section of the website.

 

You can cancel or change your order 48 hours before the goods have been despatched at no cost. If you are unhappy with your goods you can return them if you notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. You have to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us within 28 days of cancellation. For a full refund excluding all delivery costs goods have to be returned in the same condition as when delivered and must not have been used in any display. Ready planted pots and planters cannot be returned.

 

Everything we deliver has been thoroughly inspected. However, if you receive any damaged or defective goods from us you will get a replacement or full refund by returning the goods within 28 days. To be able to compensate for any damage during pallet transit it's important that you inspect the goods on delivery and report any damage directly to the courier before they leave. Please also inform us as soon as possible in the unlikely event of any damage.

 

Goods remain property of Terrace Gardener until paid for in full.

 

We never disclose, lease or sell on any information about our customers. We only pass on information for delivery purposes to reputable courier companies.
